酒店位置在牛津市中心，距離公交站走路大約10分鐘的位置，公交站附近有幾家連鎖超市，還是比較方便的。房間內提供了冰箱和微波爐，暖氣熱度很足。衞生間下水比較慢，洗澡的時候稍不注意水就會漫出來。

對國人，不懂外文的客人而言，入住手續不友好，我們這次幸虧有一位留學生幫忙溝通並操作才得以成功入住。房間衞生間都比較乾淨。

Good location, near Oxford centre and St Clements where all the restaurants and bus stops are. Didn't get the check in details so had to phone up to obtain them. Check in was easy once I got the details. The room had everything you need - fridge, iron, microwave, desk, chair. Bathroom was super small though.

online customer service lack standard quality especially on helping to check and no prior reminder of pre arrival check in. Additionally, absolutely ridicilous accomodation customer service as one of the customer sevrvice person have a obnoxious attitude , when i ask him to assist me with cheking in online . Other than the checking in, generally is alright, the room is clean and tidy
